For our location in Gdansk we are looking for a
SAP Specialist - Financial Supply Chain Management (m/f/x), Knowlegde Center
Responsibilities and Tasks:As part of Hapag-Lloyds SAP Team in Gdansk, you work for the SAP Product Accounting together with the colleagues in Hamburg and around the globe. The SAP Team in Hamburg currently consists of 17 SAP professionals. Hapag-Lloyd works actually on an SAP ECC 6.8 system with the plan to migrate to SAP S/4HANA in the near future.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Analysis, optimization, further development, operations and service quality of the FSCM modules:
- Dispute Management,
- Credit Management,
- Collections Management,
- Customer/Vendor Integration (CVI),
- Business Partner Master Data Governance
- Ensuring coordination and solution finding with the business departments and the international key users
- Implementation of agreed process enhancements or adaptations, in your field of expertise, with focus on SAP FSCM
- Close Communication with the Product Owner in Hamburg
- Creation of test planning, documentation, execution of functional tests and support of functional acceptances
- Project management in the course of implementing new functions or adapting and improving existing functions within the product sprints
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge in SAP Finance environment, especially FI-FSCM and FI-AR (business and customizing) and good knowledge as well in FI-GL. FI-AP and the interfaces to other modules like MM or CO
- Good knowledge regarding business processes and their analysis in the areas of finance, accounting and controlling
- Knowledge of IT architecture and processes as well as application management
- Proven track record in project management
- Experience in concept development and implementation of training courses for key users and end users
- Ideally knowledge in the area of SAP PI as well as iDocs and interfaces
- Very good knowledge of English
