Located at our global Headquarter in Hamburg we seek for a
Manager (m/f/d) Global Service Center Management
Responsibilities and Tasks:- Analyze offshoring opportunities and drive a criteria-based analysis to evaluate offshorability including a clear cost-benefit analysis
- Manage new offshoring projects and prepare project-related documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as well as project timelines and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Prepare, agree and drive Service Level Agreements (SLAs), monitor assigned processes as per agreed KPIs/SLAs agreed with stakeholders and identify improvement potential
- Drive “One Way of Working” across all Service Centers
- Assist the Global Service Centers and the Regions in resolving complex issues
- Identify and drive jointly needs for the modification of procedures, guidelines and/or practices with GSC and other stakeholders and communicate new requirements, processes and procedures to the GSC staff
- Act as primary contact for regional and corporate departments in all offshoring matters
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree in Business or process and business analysis education
- Proven track record in project management as well as considerable experience with offshoring projects and/or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO)
- Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written
- Analytical competence, quick perception and a structural approach to complex problems
- Assertiveness and respect of confidentiality combined with customer orientation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
