Medewerker Sales Steering (m/f)
Responsibilities and Tasks:- Optimaliseren van het sales resultaat door het bijsturen van het sales-team en het beheren van de “area allocatie”.
- “What serves Hapag-Lloyd, fits best” door het voortdurend verbeteren van de volumes en optimaliseren van opbrengsten.
- Onderhouden van het inland tarief.
- Tackelen van “equipment imbalance” aspecten.
- Informatie centraliseren na een open dialoog en goede samenwerking met verschillende interne Benelux - en internationale afdelingen.
- Volgen van marktontwikkelingen en identificeren, analyseren en bijsturen van sales strategieën.
- Opstellen van een zo accuraat mogelijke “forecast”.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Je hebt een bachelor denk- en werkniveau, ervaring is zeker een troef.
- Je bent extreem klantgericht en levert het liefste de hoogste kwaliteit service.
- Je bent een teamspeler die graag initiatief neemt en hierdoor scoort.
- Je presteert goed onder druk.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
- Je hebt goede kennis van de gangbare IT-systemen.
