Responsibilities and Tasks:Wie wij zoeken
Voor de positie van Coordinator Customer Service Booking zoeken wij een collega die energie krijgt van klantencontact en onze Customer Service afdeling naar een hoger niveau kan tillen. Het team bestaat uit 10 collega’s en de standplaats voor deze functie is Rotterdam.
Wat tot jouw takenpakket behoort
- De klant staat voor jou op nummer 1, jij bent hét aanspreekpunt. Zowel voor de boekingen als voor de operationele opvolging hiervan;
- Je neemt boekingen en transportorders aan naar behoefte van de klant;
- Je draagt bij aan allocatiebeheer en aan de beheersing van de kosten;
- Je boekt voortransporten in en je communiceert hierover met Transport Disposition;
- Je volgt de beschikbaarheid van het juiste equipment voor de geboekte containers op;
- Voor wat betreft de gevaarlijke lading geef je de IMDG details op, je volgt het acceptatieproces en de documentatie van de IMDG lading op;
- Je boekt pre/lashed en breakbulk shipment en zorgt voor de operationele begeleiding.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Wat breng jij mee?
- Je hebt minimaal MBO denk- en werkniveau en minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in soortgelijke functie of interesse in de scheepvaart;
- Specialistische opleidingen in het vakgebied behorende bij de functie is een pluspunt;
- Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en goede beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
- Je kan heel goed uit de voeten met de gangbare IT-systemen en applicaties.
