For our location in Hamburg we are looking for limited to two years a
Senior Coordinator (m/f/d) Fleet Management Controlling
Responsibilities and Tasks:- Creation and adjustment of purchase orders based on repair requisitions
- Preparation of payment instructions to external ship managers
- Verification and account assignment of ship-related agency invoices
- Invoice processing in SAP VIM
- Creation of invoices
- Takeover of basic tasks to support the Asset controller within the controlling team
- Contact person for departmental questions regarding SAP VIM
- Active cooperation in automation processes / the introduction of the new Fleet Management Software
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training in the shipping/logistics industry
- Professional experience in Accounting
- Knowledge of the relevant IT systems (SAP MM, SAP VIM, FIS, MS Office)
- Independent, responsible and precise way of working
- Hands-on mentality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
