Data Analytics Developer - Knowledge Centre
Responsibilities and Tasks:Your new role
Would you like to be a part of the vibrant IT development within logistics and liner - shipping?
We are looking for a Data Analytics Developer to our product “Dashboard for Quality Promises” in Gdansk. As a member of our team, you will be part of designing the solution for one of our most important strategic initiatives, to support the company goal to become number one for quality.
You will design architecture and develop solutions to enable our business to make decisions and steer our company towards our strategical goals. As a Data Analytics Developer, you will be involved in all parts of the data landscape, from source systems to dashboard interface. You will be expected to have a good understanding of data models, data transformations and analytics. Our promise to you is that you will learn a lot and develop your career within Data Analytics.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Translate functional and non-functional requirements into a solution design architecture
- Define and be responsible for data models
- Develop data transformations
- Design dashboard components in QlikView/Qlik Sense
- Be part of implementing our future AWS cloud data landscape
Requirements and Qualifications:
What you will need to succeed
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience from a similar role.
Education: At least Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a similar field.
Skills: You must have hands-on experience with SQL, data transformations, data models and preferably at least one visualization tool.
Characteristics: You will be expected to be self-motivated, self-sufficient, and able to deliver with quality and within time limits. You will also need to be eager to learn new technologies and be pragmatic in finding solutions in a changing data landscape. Finally, you will be expected to have the ambition to develop within Data Analytics and take larger responsibilities as your competence grows.
