For our location in Gdansk we are looking for a
SAP Specialist- Treasury, Cash Management & Payment Solutions (m/f/x), Knowledge Center
Responsibilities and Tasks:As part of Hapag-Lloyds SAP Team in Gdansk, you work for the SAP Product Payment and Cash management together with the colleagues in Hamburg and around the globe. The SAP Team in Hamburg currently consists of 17 SAP professionals. Hapag-Lloyd uses the Serrala Payment solution for the global payment processes. Hapag-Lloyd works actually on an SAP ECC 6.8 system with the plan to migrate to SAP S/4HANA in the near future.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Support Treasury & Finance IT projects and operations with focus on Cash Management & Payments Solutions in SAP environment, based on the Serrala AddOns:
- Payment Factory & Bank Connectivity
- In-house-Bank(Electronic) Bank Account Management
- Bank Account Statement Processing
- Participation in S/4HANA Migration Projects
- Implementation of innovative digital payment solutions
- Acting as interface between business users and Hapag-Lloyd IT & external system vendors
- Administration, maintenance and functional enhancement of existing T&F IT systems
- Creation of test planning, documentation, execution of functional tests and support of functional acceptances
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge in SAP Finance environment (business and customizing), regarding payment, cash management and treasury
- Good understanding of Corporate Treasury & Accounting processes (focus on cash management and payments) with relevant work experience
- Educational background in IT and preferable business administration
- Experience with implementing Electronic Payment Systems
- Strong IT knowledge and relevant work experience in IT projects
- Very good knowledge of English
