For our location in Gdansk we are looking for a
SQL Expert (m/f/x) - Knowledge Center
Responsibilities and Tasks:As Process Performance Platform Manager, you will be part of our IT-product line “Data Management Solutions for Analytics”. Your task is to ensure stable operation, further development and sustainability of our Process Performance Management Platform. This includes:
- Accountability for the Hapag-Lloyd Process Performance Management platform (24/7 service with high business criticality)
- Manual input of reports
- Creating scripts and automatization of reports (shell, bash)
- Operations in Windows server
- Communication with the vendor in the area of releases.
- Publishing charts in ARIS PPM
- Monitoring of processes (for example – the process of adding users) in corporation with service providers, handling/resolving user tickets
- Constant alignment of the platform to the company’s requirements, IT strategy and governance aspects
- Knowing the capabilities and limits of the software and platform as well as its roadmap and version lifecycles and planning and performing the necessary changes
- Integration of the platform into the surrounding IT landscape, maintaining and enhancing the interfaces to other systems
- Management of the platform infrastructure in corporation with our infrastructure providers
- Future Transition of the platform to the cloud
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience in similar role (at least 2-3 years)
- Experience in SQL (at least 1-2 years)
- Willingness to learn and build-up Expert Knowledge about Software AG ARIS PPM
- Fundamental knowledge of Business Intelligence architecture and concepts
- MS Windows Platform knowledge (e.g. RDS)
- System technical interface design experience
- AWS Knowledge is a plus
- Organizational skills (project / product management)
- Good spoken and written English language skills
- Business oriented attitude
- Comfortable working in a Scrum/Agile team
