For our location in Gdansk we are looking for a
Junior E-Procurement Specialist
Responsibilities and Tasks:- Act as a first point of contact in the field of IT related questions (e-Procurement software ZYCUS)
- Provide guidance in terms of advanced negotiations (from tender to e-auctions) and analytics (awarding scenarios) for Procurement functions around the world
- Support supplier evaluations by providing guidance to Regions
- Support P-2-P (Purchase-to-Pay) user requests
- Ensure regular data maintenance (contracts, supplier & user data), correct data in system and re-process
- Communicate with both internal and external (software provider) parties
- Maintain intranet appearance of Procurement Excellence team by providing latest news and other updates
- Support new software rollouts
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Higher education - preferred fields of study: economics, logistics, IT or experience in procurement/IT support
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with common IT platforms, Excel advanced is a plus
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Well-structured, analytical approach
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good prioritization and coordination skills
- Team player with intercultural competence
- Good communication skills
